  We’ve lived at Camden Flatirons for about 6 months now, and truly are so happy to be living here. The community was beautifully constructed and the grounds are very well maintained. We visited at least 7 rental communities in the area when we were looking, and none of them compared in terms of quality of finishes, space, and value for the money. However, we’ve been more and more pleased with our decision the longer we’ve lived here. The staff, both management/leasing and maintenance teams, are phenomenal. Heather, Samar and Bobbi especially are so responsive, professional, and helpful. Anytime we’ve come to them with issues, they’ve been resolved to our satisfaction immediately. The maintenance team (Alan, Jon, and others) is the exact same way, with service requests being answered same day and resolved with our complete satisfaction. Occasionally there are tenant or service issues that come up, and I continue to be impressed with how they are handled. Moreover, however, we really feel as though we belong here. We feel safe and secure, but also very welcomed. We are always greeted by the staff and asked about how our family is doing, and it makes us feel like we are home. This is exactly what we were looking for in a rental community, and then some. Thank you to the Camden Flatirons team for everything you do!!
