  I have lived here 3 years and just take my advice... Anywhere is better than here. Hidden fees tacked on to your rent. An office staff that does nothing for you. They rudly dissmiss you and expect you to turn in work orders online and make it feel like the repair is your responsibility... This is hard/impossible if you have no online access? Guaranteed 100.00 dolllar hike up on your lease renewal. These buildings are from the 80s most likely mold in all units. My old unit flooded 3 times... They made me stay in the unit during repairs and clean up...that was illegal on there part. Dont be fooled by all the recent updates all they did was paint over moldy rotting wood. The units dont cool effeciently or heat propperly in winter/summer. Your utility bill will be high. PAPER THIN WALLS and ceilings!... You will hear your neighbors footsteps and toilet flushes. Noise complaints are a problem here. The gym is too small and crowded at popular traffic times. The mailboxes are getting broken into and they refuse to do anything about it. They dont keep up on cleaning trash its everywhere. Nails in the road everywhere since the renovation recently... Ive had 2 flats that i had to pay out of pocket for because they wont do a magnet sweep like i asked. Not enough garages... There is a wait list. Tons of alcoholics and drug users. More than just weed. You can't walk around the community and feel safe at night or weekends. The pool is over crowded and full of bullies who like to take it over during the summer. And the hot tub is so small that it quickly gets filled up. Dont piss off anyone.. Almost had my car keyed by a lady who was later evicted. Low income people and trash people rent here... They except anyone it seems. The cops or fire department is here almost every weekend. The front entrance is so steep that if you drive a car you WILL damage it just by trying to use it. Not enough parcking spaces people park 2 units away on weekends just to get to there home... Carrying groceries. If there is any good you see in this place while trying to lease... Take the advice from a 3 year veteran... Its not worth it. NOT WORTH IT. Go rent a modern unit that wont cost you an arm and leg in hidden fees and utility bills. And have better amenities. Dont settle for mold and hidden bacteria from 40 years of renting.
