  Just terrible in every way. The appraisal was inaccurate as documented by the seller's property disclosure and inspection not to mention readily apparent external condition. The appraisal also documented that they took information from the homeowner. When I called to note that the assumptions may not be accurate and to express concern over the homeowner influence on the appraisal, Kristin began yelling at me and interrupted me so many times that I couldn't finish asking my questions. I had to hang up. As the person who paid for this inspection, I feel I am entitled to understand it and that it is fair, accurate, and without the influence of the seller. Add abhorrent customer service to the mix, and there have to be many more qualified and reasonable folks you can choose instead.
