  I was connected to Mark Weseman for legal work through my company's Benefit Center/Legal Access Plan. Mr. Weseman was available to discuss my case on the phone and in person (x1 meeting for a case preview/review). Shortly after the office meeting, Mr. Weseman was requested for legal council. A few days passed and an email was sent to me explaining that he could not take my case.
  Mr. Weseman has many years experience, academic accolade, appears to be a genuinely good person. He in fact may be an excellent lawyer. Here is my angst regarding Mr. Weseman: he volunteered his legal services through the Legal Access Plan. As an employee with this benefit, I was connected to Mr. Weseman. My former attorney (whom I worked with for a number of years) retired, hence my need for current legal council. Mr. Weseman did not provide a reason for declining my case, other than that he could not provide his services. Why did he sign on to work with the Legal Access? I feel that I wasted my time and am disappointed with my transaction with Mark Weseman. My only advice as a customer: get off the network if you don't want to work with client's referred to you through said network!!

  Our experience using Mark Weseman has been great. The process was easy and straight forward to get our financial basics in order. I would recommend using his services for wills and power of attorneys. He asks all the right questions to move you through the process quickly.
